just got an offer for my lude

now....i have a 91 integra that i could drop that 15k into, could i get a kit,rims,lowered,cf hood,swap(b16 i would think+turbo and paint for that? or what else ?

Keep the lude. Old tegs aren't that exciting. Sure, it would be quick with 15k dumped into it, but it's still an old integra. Engine swap, turbo setup, body kit, new paint... It just isn't worth it.

If you want a new car, sell the 2 cars, buy something better than either of em. I saw a late 80's (i think it was late 80's) RX-7 convertible for around 10 g's. I think it was around 8... either that, or 12... one of the two:D

Why would you guys suggest he sell the newer lude that is already done up for an older teg?

Why not sell the teg and use the money towards the lude? Turbo kit :)

Of course, with $25000 you have a lot of options in the new car market as well... Or you could finance something really nice and put a fat downpayment on it.

don't know if $15k would cut your list of mods..

B16 - $4000
rims/tires - $3000
turbo kit - $5000
cf hood - $700
suspension(spring/strut) - $1300
body kit + paint - $2000
labour - ???
engine management - ???
hidden costs - ????

mods start adding up pretty quick. imo i'd keep the lude and sell the teg.

How's the lude running? If it is running reliably and you like it why sell it? It's a way better deal to buy a car that is already modified than to do one yourself. There's a lot of headaches in making a modded car run well.

lude for 15k, teg for maybe 4k...you have 19k, not enough for a 325/328 in good shape, and you'll be totally out of cash...not a good situation for a german car that will no doubt need a few fix up repairs...
