Some other dumbass in White Prelude!

So a friend of mine was walking down the street in Red Deer (late monday night) when he saw a white Honda Prelude come flying out of a back alley. The driver looses control and smashes into a PT Cruiser. The Prelude driver, thinking no one was around to witness it, backs up and speeds away. Not realizing someone was watching only a few meters away! Either he was drunk, or stupid. Police were on to him before he even made it home! Here are a few pics of the damaged cars. Obviously, Police got the offender!

I'm glad he got caught, takes a lot of stress off the owner of the PT. And now the lude driver is facing charges im sure, instead of just an insurance claim.

In any case, given that my car's been vandalized twice this year (one vandal one break-in) I'm glad the little fucker got caught. Hope he was drunk and loses his license/insurance on top of the hit and run charge.

I just got an update....

Apparently the driver of the white Prelude has been charged with Hit & Run, Public Mischief, and one other charge the Police wouldn't divulge. The Public Mischief charge stems from a call he made right after HE hit the PT Stating to the Police that someone had just hit him.

My buddy figures this stupidity, of calling in a bogus "hit and run", was probably a result of being drunk....which could be what the third charge is! What a complete jacka$$!! He's in deep.....

I would assume that the innocent parties' vehicle will be repaired, maybe by his own insurance, depending on the coverage, or possibly the idiots insurance plan? But I'm going to guess that insurance companys don't like hit and run clients too much and will most likely tell the guy to go fuck himself when it comes to his own vehcicle. And it's only right if they do. Insurance rates go up because of dickhead moves like this and who needs that? Not me. Good luck getting coverage again in this province.

This lude used to have Hot Wheels stickers all over it, popped up in Red Deer during the summer. The idiot drives up and down Gaetz for hours at a time, cutting people off and revving his engine at anyone that is around. Glad the idiot fucked up his car
