i turn on my deck and any station on the radio or CD i hear a loud sounded BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP noise unless i turn it off.

If i turn the volume down the beep noise doesnt go down either,
im thinking of just replacing the deck completely.. since its a ECLIPSE.

sounds like its a crossed wire on the speakers (pwr crossing outputs to speakers) make sure that all the wiring is ok, it's probably not the deck

go over ALL your wiring. Is it a sudden change to an otherwise working deck, or was it like this from the install onward? If the was workign already and this happened, I'd say the deck is somehow fucked. If it was like it from day one, the deck could be fucked form factory or more likely you wired it in wrong. I had a bad solder on mine that kept it from working, even though the wiring was technically all in the right place.

Go for a drive and park it in front of my house, it'll likely get stolen!

The previous owner told me about these problems before i bought the car and he has no clue how to fix them. Thanks for the great suggestions but i'm not really good with audio :)

the dollar is strong right now, and americans have cheeeeap electronics.. You can get a top notch deck for what you'd get an "ok" one for around here...
