Just FYI, anybody with a 14 year old kid you would make the kid's day by buyign this for them... you are allowed to drive a scooter less than 50cc on the street by yourself with only your learners, i was looking for one of these when i got my learners, couldn't find anything anywhere near this pricepoint.
