Purchase clear hard cellphone case locally?

I've seen these hard clear cellphone enclosures on ebay, I have one already for my phone, but its getting all hazy and scratched up. Anyone know if they are available locally? I know you can get them online, but its a hassle for me, i'd rather get it here and pay more than to deal with shipping, payment, etc...

I would try market mall. They have 4 different little cell phone kiosks, I got my screen protector from one.
