I have a celeron 400 blaster pc with a 4 gig hd, has a super sounblaster system onboard, remote control and stuff, should be fine for surfing and playing some games. $250? I have an extra monitor and keyboard and chit I'll give ya too, and I have every operating system, just pick one and you can have it. Let me know
