I need a 5 speed tranny for a 91S10 with the 2.5L.

Anyone got one lying around? I _think_ 89-93 will work.....

I know - but I'd rather find one from someone who pulled it out/wrecked their truck so that I know I get a good one.

The engine has 86K on it, and the entire truck is in great shape. And I don't want to swap the tranny twice...

my shop teacher always has new s10s, swapping in 350s and whatnot, I'll see if he has one lying around.

Pretty sure that one's different - the books I've read say 89-93....The 2.2 is probably completely different than the 2.5L...
