Well I guess a citation isn't a ticket... it's a misdemeanor. I guess he's on the hook for up to 6 months plus a few thousand dollar fine, but they expect him to get probation that's it. Nothing major.

You'd think getting busted for a pound and a half you'd go down for intent to distribute.

I saw that too, its not like it wasnt already public knowledge that 'ol Willie smokes weed....pretty sweet that he only got charged for a misdameanor though, lucky hes a celeb.

How could they justify throwing a living legend in prison at 73 years old? The youngest guy in the car was still over 50... If it were any less gear, they probably wouldn't have even written them up.... But a pound and a half is alot of grass, even between 4 guys.

Jesus.... How the fuck do you live over 70 when you puff that much? I'm not nearly that bad, and I'm pretty sure my lungs have been reduced to black flapping bags already.
