WTB import for $7000

looking for a newer car, im planning on spending about $7000.00, maybe a bit more, preferably less...
this is gonna seem like im asking for alot, but these are just guidelines for what i want

standard tranny
sunroof* HUGE PLUS!!!
AC
lower km
quick car, not looking for 500 hp, but something fun to drive, and that has some kind of performance potential
well taken care of
and power options like windows, locks, roof etc
