the bad:
one of the cylinders is gone and the car will need to towed.

He is moving out of country soon and the car is at his freinds house. needs to go either tonight or tomorrow at the latest.

He has no fixed asking price but as per beyond.com rules, I am posting a price of $400.00 with a VERY BIG OBO on it.
