I like it. But for every 10 or so 6 series bmw I see, 8 out of 10 of them are driven by chicks... M6 it might not be a chick car. we will just have to see.

That is what I noticed too ..

SL500 .. CL.. CLS .. CLK500 SLK .. SL55 .. 6 series ..3 series cab SC430 ...

All those expensive sexy cars ... mosf of them are driven by chicks .. ( not young chicks .. )

:dunno:

Either those chicks are so rich, buy themself nice toys .. or their hubands just love to buy them sweet toys? :dunno:

actually that car is purple, because it is basically the same color as my car and it has been well established in numerous threads that my car is purple. And if you want to argue, my car is burgundy as far as my insurance company is concerned :D

"What is launch control? Well, you may have seen Jeremy Clarkson on telly getting some monstrously overpowered supercar off the line with clouds of white tyre smoke, engine howling at the very limit of mechanical endurance. It looks great, sounds marvellous but takes quite a lot of experience to get right. Get it wrong and the chances are youíll do loads of expensive damage.

Itís a safe bet your average senior exec doesnít have that kind of experience, so BMW has included software that does it all for you. Press a few buttons and then floor the accelerator (launch control wonít work unless you do) and the system dials in about 4400rpm. Then it releases the clutch and feeds in the power in such a savage way that youíd swear something will break. And it shifts up a gear a shade before the engineís comically high 8250rpm maximum revs are reached, thereby catapulting you down the road in classic road-test-demon style, with howling tyres and billowing smoke. Itís very funny, especially when deployed from the exit lane of a Spanish toll booth (Spain is where the car was launched)"
