I don't really want to get into details but basically someone I know is in need of a good lawyer that specializes in family law, legal aide assigned them a lawyer but they just found out recently that she's (the lawyer) is leaving and would like to finish up the case, and there wasn't really anything accomplished / gained from having this legal aide lawyer, so if anyone here know of / dealt with a good lawyer, let me know, and also does anyone know what need to be done to get this case to a different lawyer?
