Graphic Designing + Course / Diploma / Cert

I was curious to know what Calgary has to offer in terms of training in graphic designing, multimedia etc... Is there some good schools that people recommend? I have looked into ACAD, is there anything else out there?

SAIT - New Media and Design

In Calgary I would say you have 2 good choices, Visual Communication at ACAD or the New Media program at SAIT.

ACAD is very good at teaching you art as a medium, where SAIT teaches you the technical aspect of multimedia (video, sound, web).

SAIT is 2 years for a diploma and then an optional 2 more years at UofC for a communications degree.

ACAD is a four year program for an arts degree.
