Questions about underglow for bike

Hey I just have a few questions about underglow on bikes. Where do they put the tubes? under the back end or under the entire bike? Does it drain the battery hard or will it be fine? Where can I get this done and how much would it cost? Thanks

how bout some wheelie bars for that gs500, and maybe some NOS seat covers and floormats if you mod them to fit the bike.
