testing a deck

is their anyway to test a deck if it is out of a car to check if it works?

pop the hood and touch the red and yellow wires to the positive terminal on your battery, and the negative to a ground on the car or battery.

If you need to test the speakers too you can just use a normal house or computer speaker and hook it up to each of the speaker outputs individually.
