Hey guys, a friend of my fathers has a 92 318i, 4 door, 5 speed with 190k on it, needs a bit of bodywork and a passenger tail light, also he mentioned 1 of the windows is stuck down and wont go up. so it needs some work he offered it to for 1500 what you guys think?

should i just say screw it and keep looking for a 525?

The window should be an easy fix... just a regulator for 130 dollars.

A taillight, oem, is maybe 200 a side (Expensive), but aftermarket (Depo brand) clears are only 150 for a set.

If its mechanically in shape... its up to you, not a bad deal really.

I would buy it even if you have to dump another 1500 to get her back in shape its still a good deal.

190 still not bad for 318, my 94 318 had 300 kms when I sold it sure it burn some oil when shifting in high revs but didn't leek a drop and was reliable as new one.

hey scat19 can you get those locally for $150 ? one on my 328 has crack and take some water on rainy days so I wouldn't mind picking up a set I think Rob@Tunerworks mention $250 or so. I think the M3 style would look good on my Montreal Blue

windows are an easy fix but try new switch too before the regulator maybe borrow one somewhere - I think I had like 3 go bad on my 92 325

pm stevo31 he had OEM for sale
