My gf is looking for a car that is more fun to drive that her 2003 civic si. Something a little quicker and sportyer. I have given her some susgestions but she is kinda picky. You guys have any ideas? She like the feeling of the way my GTI drives but no the car itself. She would like a 1.8t jetta but non that are in decent shape for a decent price.

Looking for something around 17,000 with around 60km

Thanks guys!

I would also suggest a used BMW or if you can import an IS300 for 17000 that is ridiculously good, but I'm not sure if she would like the hassle of an import (it's not that bad, but most people dont like car shopping I find). The only downside is if she has to repair anything it will cost her.

Maybe a 5spd 2.5 impreza? She gets AWD too.

2 Years ago I found an awesome 5spd VR6 Jetta for a friend of mine, it was a 2000 and she paid $19,000 after everything so I'm pretty sure you could find yourself a good jetta in that range.

you could probably get a '02 base rsx... although you'd probably only notice a small difference in hp/torque.

impreza 2.5rs is pretty nice

Yeah we looked at rsx, i dunno if every one thinks there ferraris or what but most of the bas rsx in the auto trader have like 80-90k and are asking like 23,000
