Ok, lets get this started:
I'm thinking of exercising, is this a good idea?
Has anyone here taken vitamins before?
Is water good for you?
I can benchpress 200lbs with my 8 inch penis, how much can you guys bench press with your penis?
and last but not least,
I'm trying to create a killer workout for my shoulders, how does this sound?
1 set of calf raises
4 sets of leg extensions
3 sets of crunches
5 sets of bench presses
Can anyone else think of some more exercises for my shoulders?
