Good and cheap are usually contradictions when talking about cars.... try Speedy glass.

Moore's Auto glass.
They're moblie and use PPG glass. They're around $200 supplied and installed. There's a few threads already, do a search on Moore's and you'll eventually find their contact information. I'd post it here, but I can't remember their number.
