Are you serious?

How many threads are in this section already to deal with anything that you may need to know. ALOT of them are on the first page too.

Energy Expenditure has to be greater than Energy Intake.... It is that simple.

drink 8+ glasses of water a day
5-6 small HEALTHY meals a day
cardio and exercise
reduce your sugar and carb intake
no pop

18 and 158 is not really fat..i'm 5'8 and 157ish and still want to lose weight but i don't consider myself fat ..but i've been shedding pounds for the last 4 months with cardio and working out but since school has started for me, i became lazy

Just run a few miles a day, preferably when it's warm. If that's too strenuous at the beginning then go for brisk walks. If you build up enough stamina then try jumping rope. But I honestly don't know how you could consider 158 pounds at 5'8'' to be fat. I weigh that much and am only four inches taller, and I'm very slim. I don't see how compressing the same weight into a slightly shorter body could produce a fat person. You could be out of shape at that weight (which you could only solve through exercise, not drugs), but fat? I don't think so.

158 lbs at 5'7?

I'm 5'8 and 175 (and not really fat..) I don't think you really need to worry about that.

But if you really are planning to shed weight...the last few pounds are the hardest. Must do lots of cardio...not just diet

This person may have very little Lean Body mass.. Who knows. But yeah diet pop should be alright if you absolutely need to drink pop. Remember its all in the head. Get your mind tough first or else you have no chance.

158 at 5'7"

You don't need to lose any weight. You need someone to give you a swift kick in the head for making this post.
