Seems like people are talking about it lots these days as it is coming to Canada this fall, I don't know if it has arrived yet though? so might as well start a thread myself. did some research myself on the car, the the turbo charging is fuel saving (25mpg) and weighs 154lb less, it's a huge jump of power from its 2006 330CI model (185hp), the new 328i and 335i range from 230 and 306hp, the 328i does not have twin turbo tho however, anyway found a link you can read it at

http://www.icex.ca/carreview2007bmw335i.html

please share more info and links if you have found one!

They've been hear for 3 or 4 weeks already. Most of them are automatics tho. Drove one a couple weeks ago, I must say VERY fun to drive, and with the price you pay, i'd be hard pressed to buy a M3 over this in my opinion.

2007 335I is well worth the money. Fully loaded it is still cheaper than my (then new) fully loaded 2004 330CI. And this thing has 100hp more!

I saw CWave's car at Sun Chiu Kee, oh man it's so fucking nice. :bigpimp:

How much after all costs and a decent load for the sedan?

^^the one I drove at Crowfoot BMW was close to 65k. They start at about 54k.

EDIT: Oups, misses the sedan part...No clue on that price

"275 hp and 300 lb-ft. A few quick taps on our trusty calculator shows that this engine is likely putting out closer to 350 hp and 360 lb-ft of torque."

Icex says it's the first Inline-6 Twin turbo... Is that true? GT-R's are only single turbo correct? And even the twin turbo ones are modded to be that way right? So this is strictly manufacturer TT I-6 right?

Still a nice BMW... I'm drive one for sure

GT-R runs a TT I-6. Is the 300ZX-TT I-6 or V6?

No idea... the diplomat pricing makes sense... not sure about the tourist pricing... maybe it's like european delivery for us... except it could be called north american delivery? :dunno:
