I am looking for a reliable car for 4000 or less, preferable with no rust.
I would also be interested in a newer model truck, and i would be willing to pay up to 5000 for a truck.

the better the stereo, the more likely i will be interested becase the cost of adding a stereo has to come off the purchase price.

my main focus is on reliability, so imports are perfered, but not nessesary. same with low km's.

hope to make a deal with someone soon!

I've got a 97 grand am with 142K, lots of work in maintainence done to it so it's pretty reliable, details can be seen here (http://forums.beyond.ca/showthread.php?s=&threadid=145509). I know asking price is listed at 5800 but I'm very flexible on the price. It's pre-wired for a huge system already (0/1 awg wire), I've also got a Crossfire BMF1000D amp sitting around that could be thrown into the deal if we work something out (retails for over $500 USD). Anyway, let me know...
