Well finally got all the mods done to it. Sounds like a dream... I don't play it enough cuz B16EM1 keeps jacking it from me .

Epiphone Les Paul Custom
Seymour Duncan SH-6 Duncan Distortion™ pickups
Riced out by replacing the black switch and knobs to gold.

I know a guy who has an original Les Paul Gold Top, don't know if he's interested in selling but could defintely ask. PM if interested.
I understand these are very rare.

Heavy distortion pickups hey? In to Metal?

Very nice axe! I had an epi les paul. The one guitar I regret selling.

What other guitars do you sling?

I thought I saw that last time I was at your house? Or is this a different one?

Sweet lookin piece though, its a must-have for any classic rock player.. but I really like my Jackson with the EMG 81 :D

haha I have a lot... the significant ones?

- Fender Strat, Korean Squier model, Kinman AVn Classic pickups. Awesome for blues and jimi stuff.
- Fender Strat, Mexican Squier model, 15 year old single coil pickups, this guitar screams harmonics like u wouldn't believe.
- Epiphone Les Paul, Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro pickups, my GnR guitar lol.

I have some other random ones, a Jackson, Ibanez that I haven't setup yet, Epiphone LP100 all hacked up with a kill switch and relocated pickup selector buckethead style... have a Flying V coming in shortly too haha.

Same one, except at the time it was brand spankin' new and I wasn't happy with the stock pickups. Too bright sounding and not very "clean" when using lots of distortion. I also upgraded my other Les Paul (see above). Sweet Child o' mine sounds way better now! lol

I think it was 720 for the guitar, and about 240 bucks for the pickups? Damn gold covers on the pickups drive the prices up! And about 20 bucks for the misc parts. So all said and done under $1k.

That Guitar is money. See how it sounds with a whole lot of Bass drum and snare blasts :)

is that a jackson on the left? I'm partial to Jacksons currently or a Ran custom shop. Nice Axe though!

not too far off from a real gibby, i got mine for like 1400, and i was ripped off, i believe you can get a flat/satin finished studio (same model as mine except mine has a glossy finish) for about a grand at long and mcquade
