Check it out, my friends old boot and binding setup. Both the bindings and boots are made by Flow. FLow is known for its easy slip in/out system. You set the front and leave it, while just flipping the rear highback up and down. Anyone I know who gives them a chance swears by them because you don't spend forever messing to get your board on and off.
So the boots are a woman's size 6, seen some use. The bindings fit the boots, so I guess a Small, but I don't see the size on them. The bindings will work with other brand boots too.
She just wants them gone, so the first $30.00 takes the bindings and boots.
