I've never had to use these before, but I hear about them quit often when a situation of a stripped thread comes up. I'm in a situation now where I need to use one. Where can I locally get one of these kits or something of equal or better "quality"?

Moore's is sort of out of the question. The motor I'm working on is pretty much fully assembled and sitting on an engine stand. I'm not about to move it around at the moment. I'll check out NAPA. Thanks.

Gregg Distributors has them in kits with the 10 coils, tap and install tool or packages of coils alone. I think I paid around $20 for the m14x1.25 kit.

Gah! $20?!
Napa charged me $55 for a M6x1.0 kit. I was pretty choked about the price, but I really needed them :(
I need a couple more kits to repair some destroyed threads elsewhere on the car, I think I will go to Gregg from now on.
