Where can I get an out of province inspection on an antique?

My friend has a 1938 Packard from Ontario and is looking to get the inspection done here in Calgary. Any ideas?

They do a ton of out of province inspections on prewar vehicles.
I took a 1911 Model T to them.

almost any canadian tire does em alot of gas stations with mechanical bays will also do them
