View Full Version : One last detail job, and into storage she goes...

Said goodbye to the NSX today.

She's staying at my parent's house for the winter. So after SCC, I've spent the last two days washing, claying and waxing her. It's without doubt the cleanest the car's ever been, and it's almost a shame not to drive it.

This good two day undertaking just reinforced how much I hate washing cars, though. Especially when it's cold out...

Some last pictures.

Jammed in there. Not to move again till April.

It actually sucks leaving this behind... I'm so pumped to get my my VR4, it's not even funny.

swisher sweet car bro !
i saw your video from SCC, and holy body roll ! but did it ever look nice

enjoy the DSM

ps - you should get a car cover while in the garage. other wise dust and air pollents will embed their selves into the new soft wax, leaving a rough surface that you just worked so hard to get rid of. . .

I'm debating the same thing right now too. So sad to see it sit there for 6 months but can't quite justify buying winter tires and only driving it 1-2 times a week either.

Thought about winter driving it...

Decided it wasn't worth it. Alumnium cars in the winter FTL.

Looks good!

If you back into that space (with the help of a spotter), you can get really close to the wall and you won't have to climb over the centre console to get in or out.

This coming from an asshole who's user name is MIWYFSHOTTER?

This is a car enthusiast site. I've been down to Calgary for events/cruises and have met a lot of people from this board.

Get over yourself.

Yeah, up North we have this pesky thing called Winter. It comes around once a year and for awhile, the temperatures drops down below 0 (normal people use celcius), and powdery white stuff falls from the sky. And no, it's not cocaine from the heavens. It makes driving pretty difficult, and we put down gravel and sand to counter the slippery effects of solid water, I mean ice. lol.

P.S. I think I speak for all of us in Canada when we say, you're an asshole Zephyr.
