Does anyone know if there are any retail places in calgary that sell lab-type stuff, like all manners of chemicals and compounds, or equipment?

Careful what you decide to order. Certain raw materials used for the synthesis of illegal substances are flagged and alerts are sent to the RCMP.

Brenntag and VWR are distributors/resellers. Mostly on a larger scale to formulators. Other chem supply companies are Sigma and Aldrich.
