Ipod Sync

I recently formatted my computer and uploaded all my songs and movies onto my ipod before doing so. Now I just installed itunes and the only option to sync is to move everything from my new library (which is empty) onto my ipod. Is there any way where I can reverse the sync so I can move all my songs and movies from my ipod to my itunes instead?

If u want something freeware, than I suggest iDump... I've been using for a long time to backup my iPod when I reformat...
