Where did you get the ipod if it has never been opened? Do you have any receipts? Would there even be a warranty left on it?

Reburbished ipods arn't for poor people, they are for smart people. They offer the exact warranty as from the store and even offer the extended warranty with it for extra, like at the store. All casing is replaced and along with any problematic pieces. It is essentially new for considerably less.

Good luck with your sale, it seems like people are already out to get you.

I always laugh when people think their "used" iPods are better than the "refurb" Apple.ca items...

The refurbs come in new cases and I've never heard of a single instance of someone being able to tell that the iPod wasn't as "new". They also come with a FULL Apple warranty.

Used items have at best a partial warranty...
