have you looked at other places like:
omegacell.com
easycell.ca

i havent bought anything from there but my friends have. they dont seem to have any problems

easycell.ca is a joke.. they charge so much more $$$ just to add in stuff like CD software, USB cables, and memory cards whereas normally they would be included in the packages else where.

my friend bought a slvr from puremobile...they had no issues with service, shipping was really fast too...

i've bought a razr from puremobile about 4 months ago for my sister. no problems, good to deal with, prices on par, slighty better than some other online cell phone shops...tho i would recommend getting a additional warrenty option for like $40, or else u have to deal with the manufacturer (often in china/hong kong/japan) directly if u don't....

otherwise i would also highly recommend omegacell, great prices, and includes 1 day free high priority shipping! WOOT!

Bought a SE 750 from puremobile. Whole process was great. I would recommend them.
