reason for selling : bought a tuned ECU for my Soarer, so i dont need it

with this piggy, will it allow you to add an additional injector to a 2 injector throttle body set up? is it easy to tune and does it come with all the software and hardware to install and operate?

i bought it off a another Beyonder, and it comes with the box itself and the harness's.you can buy a different harness for a 6cyl or 8. im not sure how hard it is to intall. But thats why its soo cheap.
