WTB: cheap winter beater

so i need a winter beater soon, between $500-1000 price range, dont care about rust and shit as long as it will start everyday and the heater works:thumbsup:

89 Probe.. Hardly any rust. Runs well. Heat works ok, just takes a bit to warm up. Probably needs a thermostat which is easy to replace on these models so I'm told. Have the car sitting in my garage. Drives nice and smooth, exhaust is good. Has had recent work (timing belt, tune up, front struts).
Red, 2 door, LX.. 258K.

$800 takes it away.
