This comes with everything you need except for the book, which if needed you can find online on the Asus website. I'll also include an XP-90 heat sink + Vantec Tornado (if you want the best fan money can buy, but it is loud as hell), you'll need to buy the LGA775 retention bracket for it however, ~$20.00 at memoryexpress. All of the specs are available at the link bellow.
Good overclocking setup, I ran it at 266FSB ~3.8ghz.
$200.00 firm.
