Here it is, my new 2002 Audi A4 3.0L Quattro!!

I LOVE this thing so much! It is so much fun to drive and on my way back to Edmonton it was picking up speed in 6th (passing the semis) and that was ALOT different than my past cars.

I must say that the one thing that really is annoying me is the long shift throws but I guess I will get used to that. The high clutch is also goning to take some getting used to but it will be so much better long term.

These are the only pics I have so far (the day I bought my car) because I forgot to get my camera from Calgary (I'll bring it this weekend) and now my cell phone LCD is fucked so even that option is screwed.

So for now these pics will just have to do, but soon enough I will get some better pics!

haha yea that was the guy's plate whom i bought it off of... these pics were at the mechanic getting a 360 inspection :D

how much did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking? I'm looking for the same car but the 1.8 and a 03 (warranty)

i payed 24,000 and the warranty that i got transferred from the guy is all regular seheduled maintanence until 160 000km's!! woo hoo!

$24k? that's an amazing deal, how many clicks on her?

When I talked to Audi Canada they said the regular maintenance warranty is till 80,000km or 48 months, whichever comes first. Is the 160k extended warranty or something?

Did you purchase in edmonton? private sale?

I'm having a tough time finding a car and need to find one in the next couple days :(

bought with 80 561!

yea 160k is the extended warranty and i bought it in calgary from private seller! :thumbsup:

good luck with ur search.... dont settle for anything, it took me 3-4 months to find mine and 24g is not pocket change... u wanna be happy!:bigpimp:

Thats an awesome car, I remember driving one and liking it quite a bit. I love how their built, and I love how well the interior is done. Go to www.audiworld.com and join the appropriate forum and you will have every answer and all the help you will ever need from people who could probably build one of those cars from the ground up. They will be able to help you with a short shifter and anything else you need. It will be excellent for the winter as well.

Very nice car, you will for sure enjoy it. The warranty thing is sweet too.

Beauty. Take Mitsu3000's advice and throw in a short throw shifter as soon as you get a chance. I have a B&M which does the trick nicely.

Check the forums before you buy anything locally, everything I've bought for my car I got from the states and after exchange, shipping and duty it was way cheaper than buying locally. The coilovers I bought were over $1000 cheaper by going to the states.

I also think we should have an AUDI meet, I'd be in for sure.
