The piece is fiberglass. I have been assured from the fellow I accquired the part from that it is in fact authentic. However, as I am not well versed with Phoenix Power/Garage Fukui, I can not guarantee anything. Purchasing this bumper will mean the buyer agrees with me that it is infact authentic.
