Just wondering if anyone out there knows how to make the sauce for raw oysters served at sushi joints. And what do they put on top of each oyster?

Everytime I go to Lucky the seafood looks rotten, I think Superstore or T&T has fresher stuff, including oysters

Embarcadero's on 17th Ave and Macleod Tr. They have a good variety of raw oysters and sometimes they're on special!
