A family friend wants to get rid of their 1993 Ford Explorer, and offered it to me cheap, I know that there was an issue with a the transmission and they have replaced it, and it also has a rebuilt motor. The body has just over 200k KM's on it and the about a 100k clicks on the engine. Is there anything else that I should know about? Anyone own/ previously owned one? I've checked online and basically I'll be paying around half of what they are advertise for, $1500. Worth it or not?
