Like Rage2 said, this is not an HD projector. It is 800x600 native resolution so it can't display HD. Sure it can take a 1080i input and downscale it, but that's not 'HD'.

if you say it's not HD, tell that to the manufacturers, it says right in the following link, whic is the Manula from Benq's site, on page 9 it says

- HDTV compatability (yPbPr)

And page 17 lists all available resolutions

That's the problem that people don't know what to look for. Most TV's and projectors can take any HD signal nowadays, but it's the resolution that they can display them at that matters (native resolution). Most people assume that if 1080i/720p is printed somewhere in the documentation that they're buying an HDTV.

HDTV compatible is a hell of a lot different than HDTV.

EDTV's are HDTV compatible (takes HD signals and downres it to lower resolution). They're still called EDTV for a reason.

Sure it is... my 800x600 projector looks great, but it's not HDTV... that's the point. :)

Bump $400 FIRM and quick, need the cash.

If i dont sell it in the next few days for $400 i'll just keep it, it's only 8 months old, and this is less than half of what i paid for it!
