I saw an article in a magazine today selling islands off the coast of BC for $495,000. Not big enough for a landing strip though!

That doesn't mean anything - probably Aviation Canada's website is run just like the gun registry. The data's probably out of date, and he did say it was his uncle's "new" ride.

Well if you say that you enjoy his uncles new jet then why do you post with such a malicious undertone?
When anyone goes out of their way to try and pull out "dirt" to question someone Else's credibility it only comes off as being preoccupied with finding faults in the stated facts to blemish their(others) claimed prosperity

this is why it's useless to post up information such as was provided by USED1

do you have any more information on the aircraft such as manufactures, engines, ceiling, cruise speed and altitude

:werd: Well put. I posted my comments for civic_stylez' benefit...

OMG!!! dual FMS!! dual EFIS!! This aircraft is sporting some sweet and expensive Avionics...
Just the one EFIS system alone can buy a very nice 7-series. But lemme tell you that it's gonna be a bitch to work with if any of it is snagged. It a tight tight space behind those panels. But lets worry about that later.....

Too bad there isn't any interiors shots... usually Falcon have very very nice interiors.

ahem... let me have the honour to present u those information

These information is off the net, and is for the basic Falcon 50 assuming no modifications were performed on the aircraft

Manufacturer is Avions Marcel Dassault Breguet Aviation, made in 1983 in France.
Max Cruise Speed is 870 km/h
Ceiling is 45000ft
Engine? They dont play with small snails... they use 3 (yes THREE) Garrett TFE 731-3... Don't know if any one here heard a Garett chain driven engine... is hella loud... but a turbo fan shouldn't be much quieter
Power? 1676 kg thrust

Yes. Malicious. And then to say something like "For all I care...".

For all I care you could call yourself a flaming homo but I'm not about to go check out every gay pride parade registry now to verify whether that's true or not. What's the point? I'd just take your word for it.

The very fact that you checked it out and then posted it is malicious. What would you possibly have to gain from such an action and then posting it?

Big plane, if it has been kept up well (which is probably has based on the electronics) it is probably really nice inside.

There's a difference between 'check out the plane my uncle can use' vs 'check out the plane my uncle bought' (implied from the language)

I'm going to post pics of my boss's S7 because he let me drive it once...I mean, that surely makes it mine, right

I've got hundreds of photo's of planes around the airport... my uncle owns all those too.

Also, for all you juveniles in the crowd, looking up tail registries in usually a hobby for people in aviation, everytime I see I new plane in our hangar, I look it up.

This one is DEFINATELY Sears Canada, and yes the Transport Canada website is kept VERY current, and the original poster said his uncle works "in oil, investments, stocks", says nothing about Sears, so I'm guessing this guy is a complete liar.

Very fucken swank.
