Extended warranty on imported car?

I'm importing an '04 Lexus Rx330 from the US to Canada and it has 45k miles which is 5k short of the bumper-to-bumper warranty limit. Is there any way to get an extended warranty in Canada?

if its a usa car i don't think its covered since it was originally covered from lexus in the us.
