I bought a car that needs a clutch, I thought I could limp it home but it burned out by bragg creek <damn hills>, so I bought a tow rope at the gas station there and used my buddies tiburon to pull it :) But the RCMP shut me down half ways to priddis, but thanks to my dashing good looks and charming personality the officer let me off and escorted me to priddis where he made me park it

So does anyone know of a towing company that could tow a car from priddis into calgary for a reasonable price?

Or does anyone know where I could buy/rent/borrow/steal a tow bar?

I'm tempted to do the clutch where it is but I only have 24 hours to move it, and have to work tommorow so that equals about 2 hours to do the clutch....

You can rent a tow bar from U-Haul, decent prices too. The only snag is you need a car/truck with a hitch installed to use it.

Here's something (http://reservations.uhaul.com/(wqcfvuv5rlw1zg45g2gith55)/quote.aspx?referenceNumber=1038761924&move=intown)

Not so much a tow bar, but rather than a tow dolly. I typed in hypothetical conditions to get you a price quote. Yeah, I'm bored...

We can offer towing/flat deck service.

PM me if you still need it in Calgary.

Yea I ended up going with U-haul, but they no longer carry tow bars so I got a dolly, pretty cheap to $39.99 it worked awesome.
