Sushi Miki Bar in Bowness has, IMO, the best sushi in town, but not sure about shabu-shabu. They're very authentic so I imagine they would offer it. 268-2680

+1 for Sushi Bar Miki. Definitely one of the top sushi places. They do have a shabu shabu on their menu, but haven't tried yet. I imagine it's not cheap.

As an alternative, go to T&T. They sell the shabu shabu fatty beef all thinly sliced up. Just go home and make it yourself. I personally don't like going out for hot pot. I think hot pot is so much better at home.. Plus their chili oil is never spicy enuf.
