Anyone know where to buy Anti Glare filter for my monitor?

I'm looking for a anti glare filter for my 19" LCD flat wide screen monitor, anyone know where I can buy one? The monitor is hurting my eyes, and I swear my vision has gotten a lot worse in the past week, noticably worse. I also think it's the brand of monitor, ACER. There's a 19" viewsonic in my house and I can sit close to the screen and i'm alright, doesn't hurt my eyes. I did some research but i'm not sure where to buy a filter and if they sell it in widescreen. The one's ive found online are for normal screens. Please lmk, thanks in advance.

buy the filter paper...its like saran wrap but like a piece of paper...and then you can just cut it to your screen size. Should be able to find it at a hobby store.

also try turning down your contrast/brightness it may look dull when you do it but after a while you wont notice a difference
