I'm going back and forth between Cookies and cream and Rocky road. Both are pretty good. I'd stay away from the strawberry and vanilla.

Yes, the ON Vanilla is the worst.

I'm using the strawberry flavour, it's not too bad. Haven't tried the other kinds.

I think strawberry is aight tasting. Well its the only one i've ever tried but after i'm done with mine..i think i'll try the cookies and cream

supplementscanada.com went with the 5lbs tubs, i get sick of flavors too fsat to get the bags.

I'm sure the 10 lbs bags are safe and all but I dunno, I just don't trust them... seems weird mixing up some protein that i'm scooping out of a bag that looks like dogfood.

Custom blends are where it's at. If the place won't let you mix your own (i.e., what molecular breakdowns and whatnot you want), it's garbage.
