I've tried a ton of surplus and clearance places in the city and can't find anything. eBay does have some but I'd prefer to start locally to avoid shipping and the Post Office.
Must have:
4xPCI or, if it has native SATA, 3xPCI.
AGP 4x or better
2xUSB 2.0
3xUSB 1.0+
