hey JESSter76
Did you get new lights? Can i retrofit angel eyes on this
or not(too lazy to search)?I you know cool if not no worries.
Did you get new clear tail and head lights? Where can i go in
the city to get this? I've looked around, but they are all in the
states and i'm not interested in taxes and broker fees.
Anyways, let me know how your ride is doing-very very nice
540i...one of most tasteful rides in Calgary!
Also, I ment to call you because i have an extra pair of control arm bushings that I ordered...so if you have a shimmy or your
steering wheel shakes I have the part you might need.
Bump for a great seller!!

Thanks for the bump Ryan,
You can use ccfl rings or an aftermarket angel eye kit and install them in these housings.
I did get new clear tails and I bought my OEM angel eyes from a guy who upgraded his M5 with clear corners.
Honestly, best bet for lights for an E39 would be through the states or ebay. I bought my clears from a friend who sold his car.
You can find good deals if you look for them. Look for Depo tails and only settle for OEM Angel Eyes. Otherwise you can go to Tunerworks. Great guys. Talk to Mark Lacey, tell him JB sent you.
They can't do much for these lights though. I tried.

I also am a 540i fan and own a 98 540i and do have a steering wheel shimmy issue under heavy breaking and may be interested, How much

How much do you want to spend on ballasts?
And I'll see what I can do.
