Did anyone purchase the 2nd gen ipod shuffle? If so, are any of you guys having problems with this?
When I update to the iTunes 7.0.2 and then try to add songs I get "The ipod "IPOD" cannot be updated. An unknown error occurred (-50)."
And then when I try to do a restore on the shuffle using iTunes I get another error message.
I tried looking on the apple disscussions board and there's noone that has actually solved the problem, people only gave suggestions.
Just wondering if anyone here has had the same problem and has fixed it. If not this POS is going back to apple.
