FS or WTT - 4 Blizzak tires 175/70R/13

I have 4 Blizzak tires for sale or trade. Size is 175/70R/13.. They are on standard steel rims.. 2 of the tires are brand new, only like 200 miles on them, the other 2 have about 40% tread left on them.

What I need is winter tires sized 205/50R/16 4 bolt I believe 4X100.. they are for a 06 Focus.

If selling, I'd like 300obo for the existing tires and rims. If trading let me know what you have..

So i have two left which are in good condition, more than 40% in tread left on them and would be great for a couple seasons of use.
