Just remember you can take this to EB and get a new system out of the box any time before may, you just have to say that there is something wrong with it and it acts up sometimes, and you give them back it all and you get a brand new in a box system, also this has one more controller, play pack (rechargable battery for controller and cable to charge while playing), and many more games.

There has been questions about how the warrenty works.

It is on record at EB Games (not sure how far away it works but garunteed anywhere in calgary) by the serial number. There are no papers with the xbox. You take it in if you have any problems, they make sure you give them everything that comes with it and they give you a new one in a box and send the other one back.
